Connect a Store

Follow these steps to connect your eCommerce platform or online marketplace.

  1. Login to your dedicated Client Portal

  2. Navigate to My Account > Stores

  3. Click the Add A New Store button

  4. Select your selling channel from the available options.

  5. An informational screen will pop up outlining the steps to connect your selling channel with your Client Portal.

    • Shopify: When you click Connect, you will be taken to the Shopify App Store to install the ShipHero App. Use the default settings selected by the system. *Do not change the settings during the integration steps.

    • Amazon: For the field Store Name, type your brand name and put the marketplace name in brackets; ie. Brand Name (Amazon US)

      When you click connect, you will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to approve the integration.
