There are two types of orders in ShipTop's fulfillment system: B2B and B2C. The B2B orders are categorized by either a large number of units (typically in excess of 20); complex order instructions; or oversized items to pick.
Step 1: Create an Order
Navigate to Orders in the ShipTop portal.
Select Create An Order
Step 2: Add Shipping Address and Order Number
Step 3: Check Wholesale Order and B2B Profile
After you save the order, check the Wholesale Order box and change store profile to B2B Profile
Make sure to click 'Update Details' after updating and order changes.
