There are two types of orders in ShipTop's fulfillment system: B2B and B2C. The B2C orders often contain smaller items, lower unit quantities, and ship directly to your customer's address.
Step 1: Create an Order
Navigate to Orders in the ShipTop portal.
Select Create An Order
Step 2: Select the Warehouse you need the order to be fulfilled from and enter the Order Number and Shipping Address.
Step 3: Select Shipping Method and begin typing in your SKU. Once the SKU you're looking for populates, please select it and update the quantities.
Enter as many SKUs and quantities as you need, and hit 'Save Order'
Step 4: The order is now created and the page will redirect to the pending order.
