How to create a warehouse transfer order in the ShipTop Portal
Whenever you want to move inventory from one ShipTop warehouse to another, a transfer order needs to be created in the system.
Step 1: Create an Order
Navigate to Orders in the ShipTop portal.
Select Create An Order
Step 2: Select 'Transfer Order' and the warehouse you want to ship from and transfer to.
Step 3: Select Shipping Method and begin typing in your SKU. Once the SKU you're looking for populates, please select it and update the quantities.
Enter as many SKUs and quantities as you need, and hit 'Save Order'
Step 4: The order is now created and the page will redirect to the pending order.
When you create a warehouse transfer order, a Purchase Order (PO) is automatically generated in the receiving warehouse. If you need to edit the transfer order after it's been created, please ensure the PO is also updated.
