While most of our clients at ShipTop opt to connect our portal to their eCommerce selling channel, there is also an option to upload orders manually in bulk.
If you would like to manually upload orders, please reach out to your Account Manager or Support Team ([email protected]) and you will be provided the correct CSV template. Once we receive the template back with the necessary order information filled out, we will upload the orders on your behalf.
Please note:
Manually uploaded orders can take anywhere from 1-3 days for our team to prepare and upload. If you have an urgent order that needs immediate fulfillment, please let your Account Manager know.
